We started this journey with just two children, and their success stories are a testament to the impact of our work. Now, as we look ahead to January 2025, we are thrilled to announce the enrollment of 20 more children, marking a new milestone in our mission to transform lives through education.

Tusemezane Initiative
Welcome to the Tusemezane Initiative– a powerful movement created to amplify the voices of youth, nurture their well-being, and pave the way for a brighter, healthier future.
Tusemezane means *“Let’s Talk, Let’s Heal”*, and that’s exactly what we’re doing: We’re opening doors for honest conversations around mental health, child protection, and gender-based violence (GBV). Our mission is simple, yet profound – to provide a safe space where youth aged 12-22 can heal, grow, and thrive, all while being supported by a network of trained ambassadors and professional counselors.
As an initiative adopted by Compassion Kenya, Tusemezane is powered by faith, compassion, and a deep commitment to seeing young lives transformed.
